Paris took charge when it came to the high levels of air pollution that have been covering up the city, making it hard to see even the Eiffel Tower.
Not such a pretty sight anymore, huh?
To fix the problem, Paris made public transportation and bike sharing free over the weekend. That wasn’t enough to get the job done, though, so the city temporarily banned vehicles with even numbered license plates within the city, unless they were electric or had at least three people in them.
