Tooooo fresh.

Let’s talk about the organic wave, shall we? You might have already seen our post regarding Meatless Mondays (provide hyperlink) and how we can reduce carbon emissions and the consumption of energy by reducing the consumption of meat. But how does shopping local/organic help us?

Well, for starters, when you shop locally, there is less energy and less gas being used in the transportation costs. This makes it cheaper for you and friendlier for the environment. When you shop organically (we try to aim for both local AND organic) you condemn the use of pesticides that are potentially on your produce, which is both good for your health and good for the environment where harmful pesticides are going into the ground.

So, are you thinking about making the transition or nah?

And if you do decide to make that transition…why don’t you blog about it? We’d love to see your responses here at We will posts your submissions and your experiences here on, and then publicize it on OnAir Schools, as well as all of our social media accounts. I mean, don’t you want to be a little more well known and to be published? And FREE THINGS? We all love free things. Check it out, y’all.
